Roster Verification

Mark Rosters as Eligible or Ineligible

When viewing a Teacher Roster Verification Summary that is in a status that gives edit capability (see who can edit when), a District Admin or District Roster Approver, or a School Administrator or School Roster Approver, can mark rosters as eligible or ineligible.

  1. On Teacher Roster Verification Summary click Edit Eligibility.
  2. Select Yes or No in the Eligible column for each roster that you want to change.
  3. To save your changes click Confirm Eligibility.

When a District Admin or District Roster Approver, or School Administrator or School Roster Approver, makes other edits on a roster before the end of the School Verification phase, we require the roster to be sent back to the teacher. If all they do is change a roster's eligibility, a School Administrator or School Roster Approver can approve the teacher's rosters without sending them back to the teacher.
