Approve a teacher's rosters

Once you have verified a teacher's rosters, you can approve them. This moves the rosters from the Ready for Review list to the Approved list. After you have approved all teachers' rosters, you can submit your school's rosters to the district.

  1. If you are not already there, navigate to the School Roster Verification Summary.
  2. In the Ready for Review list, click the teacher's name to expand the row.
  3. Click Approve Teacher's Rosters.

If you accidentally approve a teacher's rosters, click the teacher's name in the Approved list and select Edit Rosters to return that teacher to the Ready for Review list.

You must approve all rosters for a teacher at once.
