Roster Verification |
Mark Rosters as Eligible or Ineligible
When viewing a Teacher Roster Verification Summary that is in a status that gives edit capability (see who can edit when), a district admin or district roster approver, or a School Administrator or School Roster Approver, can mark rosters as eligible or ineligible.
- On Teacher Roster Verification Summary click Edit Eligibility.
- Select Yes or No in the Eligible column for each roster that you want to change.
- To save your changes click Confirm Eligibility.
When a district admin or district roster approver, or School Administrator or School Roster Approver, makes other edits on a roster before the end of the School Verification phase, we require the roster to be sent back to the teacher. If all they do is change a roster's eligibility, a School Administrator or School Roster Approver can approve the teacher's rosters without sending them back to the teacher.
